2nd degree burns

I bought a heating pad through the fsa online store which was a sunbeam. I bought two - one for me, one for my husband.

I set my heating pad on a two level of heat - out of 6 with a two hour timer. I fell asleep, woke up 5 hours later with the heating pad having burned my hip - severely. Its been 8 weeks and I am still dealing with the burn. 2 doctor appointments, tons of medical supplies, 3 emails, 2 phone calls and NOTHING!!!

Im not asking for pain, permanent scarring - just my damn copays, bandage reimbursement and the cost of a new heating pad - NOT SUNBEAM. They told me they couldnt help me because I threw it out. I had two of the same one - I certainly didnt want my husband to endure what I did.
