Electric blanket broke still within my five years warranty
I can't remember when I have had more rude treatment from a Company customer service. ActuallySunbeam has been bought out by a canadian copy and absolutely refused to help me with a veryexpensive electric blanket (I received as a gift). To say that I will never !buy another Sunbeam product `````would be an understatement!
Contacted customer service when my electric blanket broke; they absolutely would not even speak to me. Worst customer service I have ever received. They are no longer an American company ; and the company that bought Sunbeam is extremely rude.

We bought a heating blanket a few months ago a wound care nurse advise us to reort wat happen my daughter was badly burned with the cord of the blank recietwe bought it at walmart they want a didnt keep it never aspect fir some thing like this we send picture like you ask never heard no response i very upset to see my daughter with such bad scar pissed off Rebecca

Heating pad not working 2nd one bought doing same thing
Well, I had another one that wasnt working and I take care of my my things I live alone and I have a lot of pain I use it for my body. This is the second one that the F comes up.
I tried resetting it nothing and Im tired because all the heating pans I get do with the F flashing F can you help me to get another one? I dont have the box I dont have the receipt.

Currently I am still seeking treatment. Until that is resolved, no resolution will be made. However, they have been in contact with me.
I set my heating pad on a two level of heat - out of 6 with a two hour timer. I fell asleep, woke up 5 hours later with the heating pad having burned my hip - severely. Its been 8 weeks and I am still dealing with the burn. 2 doctor appointments, tons of medical supplies, 3 emails, 2 phone calls and NOTHING!!!
Im not asking for pain, permanent scarring - just my damn copays, bandage reimbursement and the cost of a new heating pad - NOT SUNBEAM. They told me they couldnt help me because I threw it out. I had two of the same one - I certainly didnt want my husband to endure what I did.
*** customer service, *** company - no replies to any emails. Steer clear of this company!

THIS BRAND IS A PIECE OF *** IT IS OBVIOUS THAT IT IS MADE IN CHINA. WE ALL KNOW THEY HATE THE UNITED STATES.
THEY WOULD RATHER TAKE OVER THIS COUNTRY THAN DEAL WITH THE UNITED STATES. *** SUNBEAM.
AND WHERE IT WAS MADE. GOD BEST AMERICA BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

Need cord
I cannot believe a company as big as sunbeam does not carry replacement cords for their products. This should be noted somewhere as I would not have purchased this product

Why aint one of them working?
So I had this blanket for over a year right?And some reason one of them does not work at all.It used to work but now it doesn't. The right side I think still works but the left side it does not work.It just blinks this white light every single time.And it would not work every single time when I turn it off.Or you know just like click the button multiple times what do I do???
